I'm Jack Shi, a Mathematics student at the University of Waterloo with a passion for building high-performance, production-grade software. With three industry co-op experiences spanning full-stack development, performance engineering, and cloud infrastructure, I bring a strong foundation in turning complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions.

From engineering serverless transaction systems on AWS to building multi-threaded HTTP servers that handle 80,000+ RPS, I thrive at the intersection of systems thinking and practical engineering. I'm always looking for opportunities to push the boundaries of what software can do.
